After the 2011 riots, a stretch of Lavender Hill in Clapham was left badly damaged. Under the banner “I Art This”, I brought local people together to transform it with a community mural.
Shop staff, families, young people and community officers all picked up a brush. It showed me what a neighbourhood can do when it creates something together after a hard time.
