Freddie Lawer was an extraordinary young man who faced significant challenges due to his conditions of Cerebral Palsy, Spastic Quadriplegia, and Epilepsy.

Having had the privilege of knowing and collaborating with Freddie for nearly a decade, I had the opportunity to contribute to shaping his unique identity, ‘brand Freddie’, encompassing various elements such as stationery, photography, digital portraits, and posters. Therefore, being entrusted with the task of designing the logo and brand for his Foundation was truly an honour.

Artist / Designer#ShopLocal Campaign 2023

I was absolutely delighted when I was approached by Wandsworth Enterprise Hub to collaborate with them for the #ShopLocal festive campaign this year. It was great to see my art and design pop up all across the borough!

There were numerous permutations of the design as they appeared at railway stations, bus stops, billboards, community posters, and all social media platforms.

The process involved multiple iterations of the design to ensure it worked seamlessly across various mediums, from railway stations and bus stops to billboards, community posters, and social media platforms. It was a rewarding experience to see the campaign come to life and spread the message of supporting local businesses during the festive season.

Creative Labels, Photography, WebsiteIsake International

Roopadesign embarked on an inspiring collaboration with Isake International, a renowned global sake producer and sommelier. Our mission was to breathe life into their unique sake bottles through creative label designs. The brewery had sourced unconventional bottles, and our labels were meticulously crafted to accentuate this distinctiveness. To ensure their packaging would capture attention on the shelves, we took an unconventional approach by artfully twisting colorful materials into a playful collar.

As a testament to our deep understanding of their ethos and aesthetics, we were entrusted with capturing their products through creative product photography. Subsequently, we leveraged this visual content to design a captivating website that beautifully showcased their exceptional offerings.

As the Kickstarter Campaign Director for the ‘Building Knowledge’ exhibit by Anupama Kundoo Architects at the Venice Biennale 2016, I played a pivotal role in bringing this thought-provoking installation to life.
